How Equilo Israel collects, uses and protects information when you browse, advertise or message on the platform.
Equilo Israel ("Equilo", "we", "us") operates an online classified advertising platform for horses, animals, equestrian sport, services, equipment, competitions, real estate, fourage, adoption and welfare projects.

Account data: name, email address, phone number, region and password credentials.
Listing data: text, photos, prices, location and any details you choose to publish.
Communication data: messages you exchange with other users through the in-app inbox, including timestamps.
Technical data: device type, browser, language preference, IP address and basic usage analytics.
Payment data: for paid listings and vet sponsor memberships, payment details are processed by our payment provider. Equilo does not store full card numbers.
To publish your listings, operate the inbox, verify accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.
We send service notifications (listing status, messages, sponsorship expiry) from info@equilo.co.il. Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed at any time.
Anything you publish in a listing is public, including your display name, region, listing photos and any contact details you enter into the listing text. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
Private messages are visible to you and the recipient, and to our moderation team where a report, investigation or legal request requires review.
We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email, analytics) acting on our instructions, with authorities where legally required, and with a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
Listings and messages are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. We apply technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed fully secure.
You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent for marketing. Write to support@equilo.co.il and we will respond within a reasonable time as required by Israeli privacy law.
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and region and measure usage. Blocking them may break parts of the platform.
Equilo is intended for users aged 18 and over. Minors may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
